Without looking it up, I think those stencil got moved to the pro package in this version. In other words I think they were in the standard package in the past versions of visio. Guess why I know this.....

Visio Electrical Engineering Stencil
370 Visio shapes and symbols in 19 Visio stencils (in both US units and metric units, all in Visio VSS, VSSX and VSDX formats) for you to create drawings of domestic and industrial electrical installations, lighting plans, wiring plans, power generation and distribution, process control and fire and security systems. All the shapes have connection points at suitable locations. Use the standard Visio connector tool or any connector from the connectors stencils to join the shapes. Some shapes have a right-click menu e.g. many of the switches symbols have a menu to select open or closed contacts (and the switch moves - you can use this to animate the switches). All shapes have custom properties (ShapeData) for manufacturer data, part numbers etc. so that you can create BOM (bill of materials), parts lists and inventories using the standard Visio report tools. You can use the transformer kit shapes to create your own transformers by combining and grouping the kit parts to suit your own requirements. You can also add appropriate winding symbols to indicate winding phases. If these are not the shapes you want then maybe you want Electronics shapes.
The stencils included in this collection are: appliances, converters, electrical, fire and security, lighting, motors, outlets, power connectors, power distribution, relays, switches - installation, switches - process, switches - schematic - IEC ISO DIN, switches - schematic - JIC, transformers, winding symbols.
Visio Pro comes with stencils for electrical eng. and electronics, 3rd party shapes areavailable that work with either Visio Standard or Pro.
